Barnes is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Cranial Structural Myofascial Work, a precise, hands-on approach focusing on the body’s connective tissue and structural alignment to help relieve chronic tension, restore mobility, and support the nervous system’s natural ability to self-regulate.

With more than a year of dedicated practice in this specialty, Barnes brings a detail-oriented, intuitive touch to every session. She combines structural assessment with a calming, client-centered presence and believes lasting relief comes from addressing the body as a whole—not simply the area of discomfort.

As the newest addition to Professional Lymphatic Therapy & Colonics, Barnes also brings deep tissue massage therapy to the practice. She is passionate about helping clients release built-up tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.
