Kundalini Yoga
This style of yoga uses breath work (pranayama), exercise sets (kriyas) that are done in a specific order and time for a specific purpose, meditation, and chanting. The gong may be used to assist the students in their meditation, relaxation, and/or kriyas. There is some gong in every class.
