In today’s hectic world, parents have busier schedules and children are asked to do more and more. An energy healing modality that is very well suited for parenting in the modern age, Pranic Healing provides a fast and easy way to help keep the whole family healthy, increase academic performance, and improve energy and mental clarity.
When you think of energy healing, you may think you need a lot of training or to be intuitive. This is not the case. Pranic Healing is actually easy to do; you can learn it from a book or a weekend seminar. The basic movements involve simple hand gestures. It is a no-touch technique, perfect for healing the child that just can’t sit still. Pranic Healing is also protocol (recipe) based which means for every ailment there is a specific series of steps to follow. Therefore, you do not need to be intuitive to get great results. In fact, many skilled Pranic Healers started out not “feeling” anything at all.
Pranic Healing works quickly and easily in reducing and alleviating many common ailments, including:
- Arthritis and back pain
- Migraines and sinusitis
- Menstrual cramps in women of all ages
- Aches and pains from everyday bumps and bruises
On a personal note, my son wakes up with night terrors. In the past, I have had to stay up with him for several hours to calm him down. Now, I simply do general sweeping, a basic technique, and he is back asleep in 10-20 minutes. Ever been stuck in a checkout line behind a screaming child? I have done fast sessions in Wal-Mart to make both the child’s and my experience a lot happier.
Pranic Healing has several techniques that can help children of all ages do better in school. One of these is “Super Brain Yoga”. This three minute exercise has been validated to help children perform better in school both socially and academically. It has also been shown useful for children with autism, ADHD and PDD. Another technique you can learn in Pranic Healing is how to sweep and transmute sexual energy. This is perfect for teenagers, to boost creativity and help them focus on their academics rather than their dating life.
Have you ever walked into a room and felt heavy, or had someone say something to you that you could not get out of your thoughts? Pranic Healing stresses “energetic hygiene” to help function at your best. Just as you shower to remove the physical dirt of the day, Pranic Healing teaches you how to remove the energetic dirt as well. These techniques can increase your general vitality and reduce your stress. One energetic hygiene technique is a salt bath. This is very useful if you are feeling drained or mentally cluttered. Here is how you do it:
- Fill a bath tub with warm water
- Add one handful of table salt to the bath
- Soak for 15 minutes
- Take a shower to wash off
- For added effects, add 10-15 drops of lavender to the tub. If you have a large tub, scale the amounts appropriately.
Pranic Healing shows you how to become energized and increase your mental focus using breathing techniques and simple meditations. These techniques were originally designed to give you more powerful healing sessions. They are also quite effective in parenting to give you the energy and mental presence to thrive in even the most stressful of situations. The meditations taught in Pranic Healing are used around the world by people of all religions. They are simple to perform and do not require you to adopt any specific spiritual beliefs.
Designed to be a complement to modern medicine, Pranic Healing is a simple and powerful tool to help parents keep their children healthy, do better in school, and for the entire family to have more energy and joy in life. Best of all, Pranic Healing is easy to learn and can be done anywhere and at any time.
