After at least 21 days of self-practice, you may move on to Reiki Level 2, where you’ll learn to work on others and perform distance healing.

This level deepens your connection and empowers healing on the mental and emotional levels. It may help release subconscious wounds, unhealthy habits, attachments, or addictions. This training raises your vibration and enhances your sensitivity and receptivity to Reiki energy.
