Bring the outside in.

Few things to know.

1st. To create your personal indoor meditation sit spot you might want to gather a few things:

A potted plant

Diffuser with essential oil of pine or sage or whatever scent you like that will give you the feeling of being outdoors.

Sound machine or app with nature sounds. Ex. Birds, ocean, windchimes, thunderstorms you get where I'm going with this... lol

Make a cup of your favorite tea. 

Make your space comfortable and you. 

We start with a greeting to new guests 

You can leave cameras on or off however you feel 

I will guide you through a meditation and bring you back to your space and I will close with the sound of 3 bells. I will then exit the zoom room and the meeting will be closed by the host. No need for you to come on camera this is an evening meditation for a better night sleep so if you fall asleep no worries I did my job.... lol
