In today's fast-paced world, stress, irritation, frustration, and anger often plague our daily experiences. These emotions can quickly surface when navigating challenging circumstances and interacting with difficult individuals. Left unchecked, anger evolves into a toxic force, corroding our happiness and disrupting our relationships.

Our meditation workshop led by visiting Resident Teacher and Buddhist Nun, Gen Jindak, sheds light on various techniques to identify, alleviate, and ultimately eradicate this harmful tendency from our minds. By embracing these methods, we pave the way for inner peace and liberation, fulfilling our desire for serenity and freedom and harmonious connections with others.
