You will discover how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka “tapping” can be a powerful ally in your daily life. You will be guided through the basic foundations, and you will experience a full tapping sequence of this gentle yet effective method. Shannon will teach you easy-to-use tools to empower yourself when life gets hectic.
She will also guide you through a heart activation meditation in which you will connect you to your “soul self” that lies deep within your heart. It is in this space that you will become aware of your inner-knowing and find immense peace and trust within yourself.
