Declutter Your Mind: Buddhist Psychology for Modern People

Letting go of inner negativity and limiting habits

Every so often, we need to declutter. We usually feel great satisfaction when our kitchen, office, garage or bedroom is clean and tidy. But what about our mind? Each week we will deconstruct a negative way of thinking such as anger, deluded pride, jealousy, miserliness and ignorance. Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful , confident and loving. This series is based on ‘How to Understand the Mind’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
