Gentle Yin Yoga with Amy Andersen
Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.
In this class you are guided into poses that are held for approximately up to 5 minutes. This allows access into the deeper layers of the muscles, connective tissues and joints to optimize mobility throughout the body and release blockages on a physical as well as energetic level.
This class is especially good for improving flexibility. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.
