Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxing the body and mind through deep stretches and supported poses. In a typical restorative yoga class, participants will use props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to aid in achieving a deep state of relaxation. The poses are held for an extended period of time, typically between 5-10 minutes, allowing the body to fully release tension and stress.
Pranic Healing is a tried and tested modality which uses prana to remove dirty and congested energy, replenishing with fresh and vibrant energy. This modality works on a holistic level mindbody and spirit.
