A hybrid class that incorporates flow Yoga, inspiration from plyometrics and Pilates mixed with bursts of cardio to help boost your metabolism, and support muscle strength, tone, and build.
This class starts out with an energetic vibe and grooving music, followed by a soothing cool down of nurturing stretches.
All levels are welcome and modifications are offered. Bring water, a yoga mat and a hand towel!
