A yoga class focused on children!

This weekly class will give students the opportunity to explore many different yoga poses, creative ways to calm the mind and notice the breath through movement, songs, games, stories and creative play.

Yoga has been found to be beneficial for children of all ages improving concentration, relaxation, body awareness, strength and flexibility. This engaging class with help your child discover these important aspects of the self.
