Workshop Description:   Reiki is a Japenaese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.  Simply yet powerful, this healing energy can be easily accessed.  In this case you will learn the history of Reiki, overview of the energy body, the chakrasystem and hand positions for client and self healing and its uses in the massage field.   This course includes hands on practice and first degree Reiki attunement, which certifies you as a level one Reiki Practitioner included.
