Unity of Tampa welcomes songwriter, performer and author David Friedman speaking on his latest book, "Help is on the Way – From Places You Don’t Know About Today," based on his song of healing, hope and inspiration. The evening includes a musical video presentation featuring Nancy LaMott. A book signing follows.

One of the country's most beloved songwriters, David Friedman is best known for writing songs that touch our hearts and speak to our souls. He has written songs for everyone from Disney to Diana Ross and performed his Off- Broadway revue, "Listen To My Heart – The Songs of David Friedman" to audiences throughout the world including Tampa's Stageworks Theatre!

In addition, Friedman is the author of six inspirational books, including the groundbreaking The Thought Exchange®-Overcoming Our Resistance to Living a SENSATIONAL Life, and We Can Be Kind – Healing Our World One Kindness at a Time (based on his song of the same name).
