Centering Prayer weekly meeting via Zoom
Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer in which we experience God's presence within us. This contemplative practice follows Thomas Keating methods.
Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, prayer in which we experience God's presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. This weekly, one hour Zoom program, sponsored by the Franciscan Center, is led by Nicholas Nitch and Kathleen Moore. Sign up at the Franciscan Center Tampa website for Zoom link at least one day prior to program.
