The Natural Wellness Expo returns to the St. Petersburg Coliseum on Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. More than 70 exhibitors will showcase the latest in natural health, nutrition, holistic healing, fitness, anti-aging, and wellness products and services. The two-day event offers attendees the opportunity to discover new wellness solutions, explore emerging health trends, and connect with industry experts.

“Each year we discover exciting new health and healing offerings—from anti-aging solutions and illness recovery support to cutting-edge medical advances,” says producer Mary Ellen Popyk. “We look forward to introducing visitors to these innovative and time-tested products and modalities. Last year’s show was a tremendous success, and we’re excited to make this year’s event even better.”

Expert speakers will present sessions throughout both days, sharing practical health insights and covering a variety of wellness topics.
