I am grateful to be living this opportunity of publishing information of value. This month’s issue is filled with pages of very useful tools, therapies and hacks to be put to use in one’s life with the intent of uplifting and providing healthful changes toward wholeness— individually and collectively.

The inner work of bridging the left and right brain, balancing the yin and yang of our own inner self—becoming unified within—is the final frontier in establishing a unified outer world. Outer change is a reflection of what is taking place within. A healthy inner ecology of the human biome must first be effected for outer ecology to simply be.

This month’s issue covers tips for boosting brain power, as well as many ways of enjoying a plant-based diet for personal and planetary health. The article discussing the perils of plastic clothing is almost too raw but necessary to open our eyes and close our pocketbooks to continuing such degradation in the fad-fashion industry.

More than Skin Deep tackles the sensitive subject of psoriasis from a functional medicine approach—treating underlying cause(s)—using holistic means.

This month’s Healthy Pet article presents point-blank the scary toxic ingredients found in pet foods. Because quality control methods are not required, The Hidden Dangers in Pet Food lurk.

With an open heart and mind, please read on.
