Orthomolecular Nutrition & Wellness Center, in Largo, herein introduces and welcomes Dr. Alaia Greene, DO to the Ortho family. Dr. Greene has 21-plus years of experience as an osteopathic physician in internal medicine and a passion for helping others heal. She believes our bodies are self-regulating, self-healing organisms in which healing is controlled and coordinated by the body’s communication among its organ systems. To that end, she works to develop a personalized treatment plan that puts health care back into her patients’ hands.

 

Dr. Greene believes healing occurs when the whole body (the inner spirit and the energetic biofield) is treated with attention to the root cause of the dis-ease. Board certified in internal medicine and board eligible in infectious diseases with a master’s degree in public health in epidemiology, Dr. Greene uses the holistic approach and multiple modalities to treat her patients, including ozone therapy, platelet rich plasma, IV nutrition, and energy medicine, among many others. She also employs a bioenergetic scanning software system called NES Health (nesHealth.com/bioenergetic-scan), which assesses the human biofield for details of blockages impeding healthy energy flow.
